How to play
What is Zebra Path?
Zebra Path is a fairy-chess leaper path puzzle. You draw a path from S to G on an N×N grid using only zebra moves — a (2,3) leaper (8 directions, single hops, with a longer stride than the chess knight). Walls block the path. Each level has a unique shortest zebra path. Find it!
How do you play Zebra Path?
Tap the cyan S (start) marker to begin, then tap any cell that's a single zebra hop away (2+3 or 3+2 cells in any direction) to extend the path. Cells with a darker fill are walls (impassable). You cannot step on walls or revisit a cell. Reach the golden G (goal) marker to win. Solve each level in the minimum number of hops for 3 stars.
Is Zebra Path free?
Yes, completely free in your browser. No download required, works on mobile and desktop.
How many levels are in Zebra Path?
30 uniquely-solvable puzzles across 5 difficulty tiers: Beginner (6×6), Easy (7×7), Medium (8×8), Hard (9×9), and Expert (10×10). Each puzzle has exactly one verified unique shortest path.

What's the difference between Zebra Path and Camel Path?
Camel Path uses a (1,3) leaper (stride of 1 row + 3 columns). Zebra Path uses a (2,3) leaper (stride of 2 rows + 3 columns), so each hop covers more ground and the puzzle plays differently. Both reach 8 directions but the reach pattern shifts the puzzles.
